About Us

For over 20 years, the Founder & CEO, Terry Williams has been working with and successfully completing government, non government and military contracts domestically and Internationally. 

The projects / contracts have ranged from forestry services to large scale environmental treatment of contaminated water in sectors such as, manufacturing, oil industry, and agriculture, as well as various other industries. Also, he has performed a vast array of metal fabrication and construction projects. This has given him the blueprint on how to do business with government agencies, the military branches and private sector,. Project management included system design, manufacturing,  logistics of personnel and equipment, as well as communicating in various languages on an international level.

He is currently performng contracts for the International Boundary Commission between the United States and Canada. He has also worked on projects with some of the biggest corporations in the world such as; Coca-Cola, Cargill, PEMEX Oil, as well the Department of Defense, Department of Natural Resources, U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Forest Service and many state and local agencies. 

Terry spent many years working on projects in Mexico and throughout LATAM in which he maintained an office in Mexico City, Mexico in order to better serve his clients in Latin America. He now resides in the beautiful state of Washington with his family.
